ORDER CONFIRMATION 

After your order is completed and you have agreed to our Terms & Conditions, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation” by e-mail. This means that your credit card has been authorized only for the order, and has not yet been charged. Once you receive an order confirmation we will begin processing your order. During this time we are communicating with one of our thousands of suppliers to make sure the item(s) you ordered are available. If the item you ordered will take longer than 5 business days to ship, then you will receive an email from storefront-44.myshopify.com notifying you of the estimated shipment lead time. These estimates are provided to storefront-44.myshopify.com by the manufacturer of the product and are not guaranteed. 

 The Order Confirmation email is your receipt - so don't delete it! We require your order number for all future correspondence regarding your order. Please review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary corrections.


ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right, without prior notification, to refuse service to any customer and/or to limit the order quantity on any item. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Items may become discontinued or sold out at any time and without notice. 

THE SHIPPING TIMES WE QUOTE ARE ONLY ESTIMATES, NOT GUARANTEES. When it comes to delivery times we depend on the manufacturer and freight carriers to provide us with an estimated ship date. Some freight carriers are unable to provide the up to the minute tracking information that is common for small packages. Shipping delays due to increased security by governments and customs delays may also occur, which is beyond our control. If you are receiving a delivery by pallet you can purchase an insurance plan ranging from $45-$75, depending on the weight and size of the pallet. Will my item look exactly like the picture? Color, texture, and grain variations can occur in natural products like leather, wood and stone. These are not normally considered imperfections. For leather products all colors other than Black & White are bound to have variations in every production line. Color representations on computer terminals and screens can be different based on settings and various display technologies. You agree that you cannot dispute the finish, or color or texture or any other physical attribute after accepting delivery of a product.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $15 administration fee regardless of if your order has shipped or not. When a refund has been agreed upon, the wait is 5-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be given to original method of payment and the time it takes to show on your credit card account varies by banking institution.

We will work hard to get your purchase to you, but please keep in mind that we work with thousands of suppliers, with product coming from all over the world. In most cases, delays occur during busy seasons, holidays, due to production delays, or other factors not in our control. We will make all efforts to quote accurate lead times and will notify all our customers promptly. Please note that we are not responsible for product delays from the manufacturer. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any damages resulting in shipping delays. Due to increased security by governments, customs may also cause delay, which is beyond our control. Also note that some of our Vendors remain closed during the months of August & December - all orders placed during this time period may be delayed by at least a month.


DAMAGES

If items are damaged, OR SUSPECTED TO BE DAMAGED, it must be documented with Delivery agent at the time of delivery. The delivery driver must wait while you inspect. If the driver does not agree to wait, note this on the bill of delivery, WHEN YOU SIGN accepting delivery. NOTE ON THE DELIVERY SLIP before you sign your name, if the box shows any signs of damage on the outside. A few of our manufacturers only make home deliveries that are "curbside"- meaning the driver will not carry that package inside your home. In such a case, if you suspect damage, note your concerns on the delivery slip, insist the package be opened for inspection outside, and if the driver refuses, write it down on the delivery slip and get a copy - or refuse delivery. In order to support any potential claim for damages, you must also notify us within 3 business days by phone or email. Once you sign for the delivery, without any notes or complaints, we are not responsible for any damage, color or finish difference.

SHIPPING AND ASSEMBLY

Our Standard Shipping includes curbside or front step delivery services only (depending on the size of the item). Items will not be carried inside of your home under any circumstance. Inside Delivery is possible for some products, and you must request a quotation for this.

By placing this order you must be prepared to carry delivered items inside your home. By missing a delivery of your order you will be subject to additional fees charged by the freight company. This can range from a $40 - $100 fee per missed attempt. Items rejected for delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost for return freight.

This Website neither designs, manufacturers or ships any of the products offered or sold on this site, and as such, makes no representation or guarantee about the safety of these products, or, in the case of self-assembled items, about whether purchasers who receive such products will properly and safely assemble these items. Product and assembly safety is solely and exclusively the responsibility of the manufacturer, the purchaser, and the shipper.
